Anchor Us is operated by Chronibox, LLC (“Anchor Us,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Anchor Us is a relationship awareness app designed to help couples notice small moments of connection, build shared awareness, and develop intentional relationship rhythms.
By using Anchor Us, joining our waitlist, or visiting our website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Plain-English summary: We collect the information needed to run Anchor Us, support couple features, manage subscriptions, send waitlist updates, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal relationship data.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: such as your email address, display name, user ID, authentication status, and app profile details.
- Waitlist and email information: such as your email address, first name, subscription status, tags, and email engagement when you join the Anchor Us waitlist or subscribe to updates.
- Relationship and couple information: such as relationship ID, partner linking status, invite codes, membership status, and shared couple settings.
- Ritual and presence activity: such as daily acknowledgments, intentional moments, moment types, growth focus, weekly rhythm, and reflection-related data you choose to submit.
- Preferences and settings: such as onboarding choices, reminder preferences, notification settings, tone preferences, prayer mode, and custom moment options.
- Subscription information: such as premium access status, subscription plan, purchase/restore status, entitlement status, and subscription expiration data. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Device, usage, and diagnostic information: such as app events, crash logs, device type, operating system, app version, and technical logs used to maintain and improve the app.

- Create and manage your Anchor Us account.
- Provide daily ritual, progress, and couple awareness features.
- Enable partner linking and shared relationship features.
- Personalize reminders, prompts, preferences, and app experience.
- Process subscriptions, restore purchases, and manage premium access.
- Send waitlist, launch, product, and early access emails.
- Respond to support requests.
- Improve app reliability, usability, and performance.
- Protect against abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
3. Shared couple features
Anchor Us includes shared couple features. When you link with a partner, some information may become visible to both members of the relationship, such as whether a partner showed up, shared presence signals, weekly couple rhythm, shared growth focus, and other couple awareness features.
We design shared features to support awareness without exposing unnecessary private detail. However, if you choose to add notes, reflections, or shared inputs, those may be used to power the experience and may be visible according to the feature’s design.
4. Notifications and reminders
If you enable notifications, Anchor Us may send reminders, nudges, check-ins, or weekly reflection prompts. You can manage notification settings in the app or through your device settings.
5. Email updates and waitlist
If you join the Anchor Us waitlist, we may send launch updates, early access information, Founding Couple offers, product updates, and related relationship-building content.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Anchor Us may offer paid subscriptions. Purchases may be processed through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment/subscription infrastructure providers.
These providers may process payment-related information according to their own privacy policies. Anchor Us receives subscription and entitlement information needed to determine whether premium access is active. We do not store your full credit card number.
7. Third-party service providers
We may use third-party providers to operate Anchor Us and related services, including:
- Firebase / Google Cloud: for authentication, database, app infrastructure, and related backend services.
- RevenueCat: for subscription entitlement and purchase management.
- Apple and Google: for app distribution, purchases, and platform services.
- Kit / ConvertKit: for waitlist forms, email subscription management, and email updates.
- Cloudflare: for website hosting, delivery, and security.
These providers are used only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Anchor Us.
8. How we share information
We may share information:
- With your linked partner as part of shared couple features.
- With service providers that help us operate Anchor Us.
- When required by law, legal process, or government request.
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of Anchor Us, users, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal relationship data.

Some data may be stored locally on your device, and some data may be stored in cloud services used to operate Anchor Us.

Anchor Us is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. International users
If you access Anchor Us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Anchor Us, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your location.
